These beautiful planters are from jayson home and garden, based in Chicago. I love the structure of these planters, especially the tall switchgrass and perfectly reclining ferns. So much love for them!

we just had a glut of fresh blackberries and apples so I had to try this recipe by lena corwin which she so kindly shared here. Mine was nowhere near as aesthetically pleasing as this, but it was delicious, even if those apples we picked were a little tough-skinned.
this sweet little birdie sits on my desk at work. i love the bubble votives we're selling. and the packing room had some great colours for such a dull day.
Galways has a certain smell. It might be damp, but a nice cozy damp.
